Our practice is an approved training site for fully qualified doctors who wish to specialise in General Practice.

• Experience: GP trainees typically have 2–4 years of experience as qualified hospital doctors working across various specialties.
• Consultations: They consult patients independently under the mentorship of our trainer, Dr Hannah Walch.
• Video Recording: Occasionally, we may request permission to video record a consultation for educational purposes.
  • You will always be asked in advance and have the right to decline without affecting your care.
  • No recording will take place without your consent, and the camera will be switched off immediately upon request.
  • Recordings are used solely for training and are destroyed after use.

Medical students may be attached to the practice for short placements (typically 6–8 weeks) as part of their training.

• You will be informed if a student is present during your consultation.
• If you prefer not to have a student present, please inform the receptionist—this will not affect your care.
