Prescription Cut Off

Important reminder that from the middle of April you will not be able to order your repeat prescriptions electronically. You will need to either phone reception after 11am or put your prescription in the boxes in both entry ways. 

From 07/05/2024 to 18/05/2024 you will not be able to order repeat medication. If you are due for your prescription during this time please either order early or ask for a longer supply to last you over this period of time.

This is due to our system change. Any information between the dates above will not be transferred to our new system. Please help us to help you during this time by ensuring you have ordered your prescriptions in plenty of time. We will send reminder messages out to patients.

From the middle of April, you will no longer be able to order your prescriptions via the Patient Access app, as we are moving to a new clinical system (SystmOne) in Spring this year. 
To prepare for this please download the NHS App as this will mean that all your information stays the same and you do not lose any access to your records or the ability to order your prescriptions during this change over period. Download below:

Online services allow you to:

 

  • book, check or cancel appointments with a GP, nurse or other healthcare professional 
  • order repeat prescriptions
  • see parts of your health record, including information about medicines, vaccinations and test results
  • see communications between your GP surgery and other services, such as hospitals

 

How to register for Online Services

 

1. Register in person

You can register by firstly visiting the practice in person and requesting an account. This will require identification. We will print off your details for you and then you can enter the details into your chosen app.

2. Register online 
You can also register for the service online by filling out the form below. To fully complete the account and get access to all services, you’ll need to take proof of identity (e.g. your driving licence or passport) the next time you visit the practice.
